Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

 

International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Poppy + Pearl has no control over customs processes or delays, and is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

Please note that refusal of a package due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund of original shipping costs.
